His presentations help to differentiate between general business ethics and the sets of principals of right conduct that are typically put forth by companies and trade associations. His talk on ethics was originally designed as a training and teaching program to the MBA program at Hamline University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
He now uses this presentation as a training workshop to teach what he calls non-academic ethics. It can include interactive exercises designed to build the skills required to make the right decisions, on the spot; using instinct and intuition.
