Keynote Speaker For Insurance Industry
Choices Before Consequences. Jerome Mayne brings your insurance audience a personal, true white-collar crime and federal-prison story about how ordinary rationalizations become life-changing events. Serious where it matters. Funny enough to make a hard subject surprisingly easy to stay with.
MetLife • Stewart Title Guaranty • Iowa Title Guaranty • Secura Insurance • Minnesota Farm Mutual Insurance
Jerome’s keynote puts a human face on fraud, ethics and prison without turning the room into a compliance lecture. Insurance professionals hear how rationalizations sound before the consequences arrive—and why ordinary choices can become life-changing events.
“Your personal stories and your message captured and entertained the audiences at two of our biggest corporate events of the year.”

Why Jerome for Insurance Audiences
Insurance professionals make decisions where trust, judgment and risk matter. Jerome’s story shows how rationalizations and seemingly small choices can create consequences no policy manual can make abstract. His background in finance, mortgage and business gives the story real-world context, while humor and storytelling make it a keynote rather than a lecture.
Choices and Consequences
Choices and Consequences follows Jerome’s path from a promising finance career to a federal prison sentence. For insurance audiences, it opens an honest conversation about pressure, rationalization, fraud awareness and the small decisions that shape trust, careers and organizations.
Former White Collar Criminal
In his mid 20s, Jerome pursued a career as a real estate finance professional. Gaining the experience he needed, he set off on his own and started both a real estate and a mortgage company.
Four years into his own ventures, Jerome was indicted for his involvement in a white-collar conspiracy connected to work from earlier in his real-estate finance career.
He was sentenced to nearly two years in federal prison. His career and family life changed forever.
